Hi!
Photo on Finland Kokkola 2 Aug. 2019.
Is it possible to get species for that male?
Size 4mm.

Is it a male? I'd suggest Leptometopa sp.

Only one species of Leptometopa has been found in Finland: Leptometopa latipes!

So I think yours is a female. Male L.latipes have much wider tibiae.
