I'm going to be crazy with them :D
I think it's a Muscidae,
not apex of scutellum yellowish so not a muscina but M gently bent.
Curious drawing on tergite5
I can't say more:(
Who can help me ?

very common fly. ;) It is known as stable fly as well. ;)

I have seen all the muscidae of the gallery. I don't find anything and now when you said the name it is so clear :(
however I have new glasses B)

A male S. calcitrans it is, you can see the very long pointing proboscis.
