Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly walking over the water in Uruguay

Hi, I've found this fly on the shore of the River Plate in Uruguay. Over the rocks, in each puddle, there were many of this walking or skiing over the water.
I can¿t find any reference about them.
I'd like to Identify them,
