Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, footpath between gardens, at a leaf of Prunus sp., length over all: 11,2 mm, 4th of May 2019, Outdoorphotos: kuv. Please help me to get the ID.

Phaonia pallida. I think, this is a
Pegomya species (Anthomyiidae).

One more try: I think my photo Nr. 3 looks like the picture in the Diptera Gallery https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=9376. Is my new idea "Pegomya testacea" ok?

Seems correct!
There is however a very similar species....
Pegomya prisca(Michelsen), but only known from Sweden, Czech.Rep, and Slovakia til now..
Genital preparation is needed to separate those two species.
Just save this one as
Pegomya testacea (more common species)....and maybe you can collect some specimen in the future.
