This is Parasetigena silvestris, right?

I don't have enough visible to key it in the Central European key but my UK key here says:

- Abdomen 3 and 4 without median discal bristles. [Parafacial area without hairs (occasionally 1 or 2 hairs present just below the parafrontal bristles), thorax with 4 post-sutural dorso-central bristles]........... Parasetigena silvestris (R-D.)

... and yours had median discals and possibly 3 ps-dc, so I don't think it is Parasetigena silvestris. :)

Looks more likely Linnnaemyia, but difficult to be sure.
