a small trypedid some like Dioxyna bidentis from the galery but on the tansy flowers, differen sp.? Any help? a female and a male

a female. You must clean your sensor. ;) Very nice photo, though. :)
Take a look, please, in your tachinid Ectophasia "oblonga" - check diptera gallery. It is almost sure another Ectophasia (probably crassipennis). Thank you.

a female, you can see clearly the black oviscape. :) and the abdomen is very swollen as well.
