Found today in the skylight behind my house, mid Netherlands. 2.8 mm. Sphaeroceridae.

If I head to make a guess, it would be
Spelobia manicata.

Middle leg, first tarsal segment longer than second one. Wing a bit darkened.
But I have to admit, that this is most certainly not a solid identification :-)

It is a female of
Spelobia nana, you can see most of the relevant setae on the mid tibia in the second image.
