Hi
Center of France (Loiret), march 29 th 2019, on the bank of a pond and on a daylily leaf.
Tribe or genus ?

Not Chironomidae. The hairs on the antennae are in distinct rings and the dististyle is very long and thin. I think I see the shadow of a proboscis so Culicidae.

I think the shadow is of antenna.
I went back to the same place and made new pictures I placed in a new thread.
My idea is Tanytarsini

If it has no proboscis, see Chaoborus. It is not Chironomidae.
