A tephriritidae (I assume) on Helianthus tuberosus (Asteraceae) AKA Topinambour
Heron (Belgium) July 2 2007
Size - well, small as usual for that family :)

hmm... I think it's a rather big species for a Tephritisd ;)
It's Tephritis formosa.
