Not Lucilia, but Neomyia (Muscidae).
Seems to be Neomyia cornicina female.

St?phane, how do you tell this is not a Lucilia but a muscid?

Hello,
Neomyia are very similar to Lucilia in appearance because of the angular bent on vein M, but Neomyia have got shiny metallic green frons, occiput and genae (this last not visible on this picture, of course). In female, the frons is very wide, with broad orbitale plates.
