Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin east of Kiel, the midge was coming in the house and flying against the window; 11h of July 2018, (Photos: kuv). No idea ... please help to get the ID.

Allocotocera pulchella, the only species of the genus Allocotocera Mik in Germany.
