female
Metellina segmentata (if picture ist new) or
Metellina mengei (if from spring). Both species can be found adult most of the year, but mating season is autumn resp. spring. So never forget the date of the find...

I found out its a Stemonyphantes lineatus ??
Its was in my moth trap 23.08.2018

Yes, you could be right. Sorry, I did not have that species in mind (never found it here). The opisthosoma pattern resembles that of
Metellina.
