I doublechecked and there is 0 % doubt this is female meigenii.
It is indeed not mentioned for Spain or the iberian peninsula in the Catalogue for Spain.
Of course, this is a case like Atylotus plebeius, a typical continental species just flipping over the Pyrenees border.
