No, Teddy, with 2 rows of posterior setae on mid tibia it is female of
Phaonia angelicae

Mydaea urbana, I submitted into Gallery becoming very popular as an example of fatty greyish-dusted Muscidae. Unfortunelly I havn't so far good enought image of Ph.angelicae (in Moscow region it isn't too common species, I suspect it prefer warmer places:D).
With Kahis's confirmation I'd beg you, Teddy, to submitt this image into Gallery.
