If the largest Sphaeroceridas may be up to 6mm, than this is the case.

I cannot believe how fast you learn to classify flies :o:) Very impressive indeed.
The subfamily is Copromyzinae (Sphaeroceridae as you already knew). I doubt it is possible to tell the species from the picture.

In this case hind basitarsus is finaly well visible.
COPROmyzinae is suitable subfamily for this park:D.
I have some more images of this fly. Which part you need to tell my genus?
