Is this a Rhinophorid? I have only this image.

Does not look familiar as a Rhinophorid.
First impression is that of a female Macquartia ?
(tachinidae, that is)

Thx Theo for your help with recent threads.
Macquatia is a strange genus, they are not very Tachinid-like, by jizz Muscidae or Rhinophoridae comes into mind firs.

You are absolutely right !
M. grisea is easily mistaken for a Muscid (though wing venation is typical Tachinid).
And most (not all) Macquartia have small calyptrae like Rhinophorids.
