Yesterday at Pe?aflor, Aragon, Spain. Habitat: pine (Pinus halepensis) repoblation forest, near the steppe. Size: you can see it easily comparing with the Musca domestica (16-17 mm).

What species can be?

NO,

If this is the only shot, IDing will prove very difficult. The length is smaller than suggested, more like 14 mm. given the finger. It looks interesting, but I really could use a headshot (lateral and/or frontal).

Thanks Theo!

Is not my finger, is my hand only.

I tried make frontal and lateral views but the pictures was very bad, with saturated white balance, and I deleted it.
