This fly (sorry by the bad picture) was yesterday at Pe?aflor, Aragopn, Spain. Habitat: half-dried pond (cattle pond) with eutrophized (green) water, in the middle of the dry yesiferous steppe-land. Size: about 5-6 mm.

What is it?
Thanks ;)

I know that it's a bad picture, but more opinions always are welcome ;)

Yup, my opinion is that it's a bad picture too ;) (sorry, couldn't resist that one). But seriously, I don't think you will get a more accurate identification of muscids without super-fine quality pictures of all the relevant parts :)

Muscidae, but not Coenosia. My guess would be Limnophora.

I'd agree with Kahis that this looks like a Limnophora, though some female Lispe can look similar.
Even with (slightly overexposed) pictures like this, getting a number of different views helps enormously in putting a name to the flies.
Sometimes it does mean getting wet feet! :D

Yes, but the fly can fly... and the water is too humid ;-)
