Found tis tiny fly a few miles north of Bergen,Norway two days ago.
Sorry for the bad picture, but is it possible to get an ID here?

Yes, it is
Scatella, and the shape of the wing spots suggests
lacustris (=
tenuicosta), but I can't see the thoracic bristles clearly to confirm. Any more shots?

Thanks for the answer, Tony. Unfortunately I just got this shot before it got away. I´m looking for it and mayby I get better pictures of it.
