Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly with spotted wings - Drosophila ? => Suillia variegata

Hi,
the fly was sitting on a wall in southern Lower Saxony, Germany, in agraric environment. 5 to 6 mm. Date: 9th March 2018. Would love to know genus or more if possible.

Suillia -- spines on costa, 5 dorsocentrals, and (in most species) no humeral bristles.
