O no, this is a Tachinid !
Looks like an interesting one, possilby Bessa, but I can't see enough of it.

Hello!
I was shallow observer again, I should have seen the distinctive rough bristles on the abdomen. I have got more pictures from this species but all of them are obscure. What would be necessary to see for the identification? According to the Fauna Europaea genus Bessa contains only two species
parallela and
selecta.
