14 March there are 2 possibilities: Egle ciliata or Delia platura.
I think - D. platura

I came back to your Anthomyiid and decided that I can not choise between Delia or Egle. May be Johanna helps...

I also doubt.....it seems there is no ad seta on the midtibia, so that could fit
Egle.
But the photos are a bit blurr.
