is this a Hydrophoria?
Picture-date: 2017-11-04
Pisture taken in Germany, 47608 Geldern, garden
Length: without wings 5 mm, with wings 6,2 mm

Anthomyiid - yes, Hydrophria - not.
It is Delia platura
