Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, earthwall (overgrown with small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, brambles) under big oakes, at a leaf of hop, 9th of September 2016, Photos: kuv. Is my Idea ok?. Please help to get the ID.

I am more thinking about
Hydrophoria lancifer.
The first abdominal segments are not clear yellow, but only have a dirty yellowish shine, which is normal for
Hydrophoria.
Also the calypters are to orange/yellowish for
H. ruralis.
Though...the tibia are very dark (not clear yellowish),so could it be
H. silvicola, which has very dark legs.....I also don't think so, because of the yellowish calypters, which are in
H. silvicola more white with a yellowish tinge. (also the prealar seta is shorter in H. slivicola, but the prealar is not visible at all on the photos) It is also common for flies to be a bit darker in late summer or autumn.......so I think, ...a dark
