Denmark, island Fyn, Middelfart, coastal area at the Fænøsund, at a leaf of bramble; Outsidephotos: kuv, 31th of July 2016. Is my idea ok? Please help.

Phaonia atriceps should have 3 posterior bristles on its mid tibia. It might be
Phaonia halterata which has only 2.

I don't think it is
P. halterata, which has 3 post dc and pubescent arista.
I think to a female
Hebecnema nigra (I can't see any
Phaonia bristle), but I'm bothered because it seems to have a long prealar (and prst acr ?). Very difficult to see.
If really so, it would be something else, but I can't see what.

Thank you very much Stephane. I think so it still should be named "Muscidae (unidentifiable)" but first I try to give you a better (?) look with an enlargement of the first photo - hoping I had understood you in the right way.
