This is a male member of
Melanostoma. The lower picture, though a bit blurred, is significant, as we can see an elongate abdomen. Tergite 2 and 3 are much longer than they are wide, so it is
M. scalare. In
M. mellinum T2 and T3 are both as long as wide.
