Hello.

Could you help me identify this Mycetophilidae?

Captured in France in Lunel-Viel (Hérault) on 11/12/2016. Size: 5 mm.

Genitalia resemble those of M. flava but I have too little experience to say it is that species definitely. Jan can probably say more.

Yes, it is Mycomya, but difficult to say more from the photos.
If you have the specimen, you can use the monograph by Vaisanen, see here:
