No, it should be
Chrysosomopsis aurata (only 3 post dc, deflection of vein M without appendix...).

Well, Stephane, rcently I made your life difficult, by splitting the species in to:

Would be very very interesting to see whether this is macrocercus.
Vladimir, did you collect it ? We need to see the genitalia.
