I have no idea of the species of this little fellow
. Sorry for the lack of quality of the photos, it is a little fly (6-7mm)

this is a Paragus sp. if you have the specimen you can get the specie too. This genus is very hard to identify, mainly by the genitalia of the males.

Very true Amalia,
Difficult from a picture, but my guess would be a male of Paragus flammeus from the possibilities left! :D
