Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tachinidae ID please. -> Exorista larvarum

Time: 16.15pm, 23rd Sept 2017.
Place: Flensburg, Germany.
Size: large fly, about 1cm.
Habitat: feeding on Swiss Chard flowers in my vegetable garden.

Can someone please ID this?

I'm a real amateur, have only started looking closely at insects this year and am absolutely amazed at the variety just in my back yard.
