Can you identify this species?
Slovakia, 4.08.2017, near Banska Bystrica 800 m.a.s.l., small meadow on the top of forested hill

It looks like Tolmerus atricapillus, the shape of the hypopygium is strange, so i dare not name this one.... :-(
