Hello again,
A very similar species, this time taken at Sanzoles (Zamora) at 700 mts. in a dry grassland on open calcareous soil, vegetation nearly absent except for some rosemary & lavanda shrubs.
Photo taken durin midd-July 2007.-

Gymnosoma again - lovely photo but we need to see a dorsal angle to say more :)

It certainly will be a help for someone else :) I don't see enough of these to be able to do them without a specimen & a key but Theo will help, if it can be identified :)

the abdomen seems to be no so reddish than for usual Gymnosoma we saw here. :) As usual rule, Gymnosoma species are pretty hard to ID by photos, with just a few exceptions. :) (even with magnificent photos. ;)

The light was quite sharp, and the background colour, as far as I beleive does not help a lot.
