Well, these are different specimens !!
I see males and females. This male has balck tibiae, check for youself (hence: Huebneria and not Carceli).
The female, on the other hand, has reddish tibiae, hence …..

Here in this picture is also viewed yellow tibiae:
And in other photos, the lighting from a light background highlighted this aspect more strongly.

I don’t see it. The female is Carcelia lucorum, tibiae are very yellow.
The male has - as far as I can see - only 3 humeral bristles, no apparent discal bristles on tergites and dark tibiae, as I see it …..
