Hello together
Here is a fly from a forrestborder near Stuttgart (southwest Germany). Caught on 02. May 2017. I have no idea...
Size 5mm without wings.

I don't think so. Maybe genus Neocnemodon.

Yes, it's a female
Heingia (
Neocnemodon) species. The pinned specimen seems to have rather roundish flagellomere.
