Rather indistinctive Tachinid, but never knows....

Difficult
Pic 2 is most useful, showing erect non-cruciate apical scutellar bristles and only 1 ad on tibia 2. The eyes are bare and the large vibrissa is high above the mouthedge. This type of combination is quite unlikely in Goniini / Eryciini, and the wing venation is not inconsistent with Blondeliini. So, persuing that direction, one comes to Meigenia, which indeed has a similar abdominal pattern.

So, educated guess would be Meigenia male (id to species on male genitalia only)
