Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, at a wall of earth - grown over with bushes (like hazel, broom, wild roses, maple) and over all old oaks - at a leaf of hazel; Outsidephotos: kuv, 3rd of July 2016. To me it looks similarly to the picture of Aulogastromyia anisodactyla in the Diptera Gallery (light and black antenna). Please help to get the ID.

It is difficult to decide Kuv. Tarsi seems to be black. So it might be Meiosimyza affinis which has the same color of antennae and body as A. anisodactyla but frequent this whitish tinged frons and face. While M. affinis is more frequent in your region, A. anisodactyla is only known from a single locality (Kalkberg Bad Segeberg) up to now.

Thank you very much Piet for very full information :)! So I think, it's best to name the fly "Meiosimyza cf. affinis".
