No, this is in the group with yellowish white markings, like abiens. X. xanthocnema?

Hmmm, Xylota yes, but segnis no!
The color of the thorax and the abdomen do not fit! However it is too difficult to give a name in the genus using just a picture! There are several candidates that look like this, and the differences are subtile. I suspect it to be something like a male Xylota meigeniana, but that is just a guess!

I suspect it to be something like a male Xylota meigeniana, but that is just a guess!
