A female
Choerades marginata or one of the related species.
Choerades is not the genus I feel more confident with and even less in Ukraine ;) So, wait for Reinoud's opinion :)

Seems to belong to the C. marginatus group of species. But the brownish hair of the scutum is remarkable.
