I've found in Zool Museum this fly collected in Kursk region, Streletskaya step, 26 May 1963. Fly is in bad condition.
Could it be ID?

It seems that it isn't too common species?

Locally quite common in steppe regions, at least of Russia and Ukraine. I collected in Voronezh.
