I can't find any genus with CuA1 and m-cu reaching d very close to each other & with Rs looking like this.
Seems to be one of the genera not included in the Peeters & Oosterbroek keys > too small, unfortunately I didn't measure it.
Any ideas?

That is because you are looking at Trichoceridae. Probably
Trichocera regelationis.

In addition to the characters used in keys, ocelli and short vein A2,
Trichocera have long, tapered antennae.
