Hi,
this fly I found on the 28th of April in the foothills north of Vienna, Austria. Is it Otites centralis or guttata?
Best regrads,
Konrad

Sorry, I do not take a risk to ID these 2 species without genitalia dissection. Wing patterns often overlap...

All clear, Valery! I suspected as much, but I can live with that (wouldn't want to harm or embarras the poor critter just because of my curiosity).
Best regards,
Konrad
