If there are no lookalikes I presume this is a female of Empis borealis!? The females should have large dark wings, right?

Location: Midwest Sweden (Dalsland)
Date: 2007-MAY-01
Habitat: Near small gravel road through woodland with bogs

I found this single poor photo of what I believe is the male. Same location and date.
