Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path right by a small rivulet; Outsidephotos: kuv, 16th of May 2016. Is my idea -after looking at the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

From the shape of the abdomen I would even think it was a male...
