Eyes seems haired, which leads to
Lasiomma.
When I look at the dark and rounded thorax, lower squamae as long as upper one, ...it could be
Lasiomma anthomyinum.
L. anthomyinum should have about 6 av on t3 and we only can see 3 long one on the second photo and there also seems to be long pv on the hindfemur which leads to
L. seminitidum.
L. seminitidum also seems to be more common.
I think you should keep it for now as
Lasiomma cf. seminitidum. (just based on the only strong characteristic of the 3 av on t3)

WOW!! :) Thanks a lot, Johanna!! This has been most unexpected!! I am soooo happy now that I gave it this chance!! ;)
I didn't saw the hairy eyes, even in the originals, when preparing the pictures. But they are hairy indeed!! :)
And reading the literature, your own comments and Ackland's combined with the species recorded in Spain up to this date, it has to be
L. seminitidum, no other possibility :)
I shall keep the 'cf.' for your own comfort but I know you are right in the ID ;)

Looking at this fly again I think this is
Lasiomma strigilatum.
I just forget to take this species in my judgment.
The 3 strong av and row of pv on the hindtibia fits well....
Johanna :)
