Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dolichopid with dark dots on wings, perhaps Hydrophorus?

Thankful for ID help with this dolichopid - maybe Hydrophorus? Body length 5 mm and with 4 bristles on scutellum. From an area with wet hay meadows in south Sweden today.
