Hello,
it is a plantlouse. Possibly Lachnidae (but I am no expert).

Lachninae is a subfamily of Aphididae. Your animal should be
Tuberolachnus salignus, the Giant Willow Aphid (cp.
http://www.pbase..../146444074); it is the only species of
Tuberolachnus in Europe. To identify aphid species it is important to know the host plant (in this case
Salix species). I found this for the first time recently , the size of it was quite impressive - first I thought of a bug or small beetle, but on the screen it turned out to be a plant louse.

Thanks for both, especially for Claudia from very interesting information. This was on the trunk of birch. It was really giant and I thought first, that it is bug.
