Well a bit difficult to judge. If you collected the specimen the genitalia can be studied. Either
Geomyza balachowskyi or
G. hackmani. The subscutellum (postscutellum) seems dark which would point to
G. hackmani. The best I can make of it is
G. cf. hackmani.
