On an Alnus glutinosa (?) - mixed forest
6 - 7 mm.
Trying to find the fly in the gallery, but no...
Siphona?

It is not
Siphona. The most obvious differences are the missing beak and extra bristles on the abdomen. It seems to be Exoristinae, but I don't know which.

Allophorocera ferruginea, you had one before.
Note the three strong humeral bristles are standing in a strong triangle.
