In a meadow mith flowers - Area with woods and farms.
Altitude: about 500m
Size: 9-10 mm

Female Thelaira solivaga? The frons projects more than I expect in Thelaira.

The general built is much more slender than Thelaira.

It is Phyllomyia volvulus.
