It looks like a Cheilosia (terrible genus!), in this case with hairy eyes, and recalls the one in http://www.dipter...d_id=74569. However, the antennae are brown, so, according to http://www.ncbi.n...MC3592267/, also C. barbata must be considered. And in http://zookeys.pe...hp?id=4052 45 Finnish Cheilosia species are listed, so I capitulate...

Cheilosia is a difficult genus determine from photos. IF there are bristles on the scutellum THEN it fits well to Cheilosia velutina (flat face, reddish antenna, areas with white pile on tergites, partly yellow legs).

In the original picture it looks that scutellum is bristles. So C. velutina (thanks Antti)

Antti looked at the originals and said that it is still two possibilities: velutina and lasiopa.
